Proceeds from this endowment will be used to fund an annual scholarship for a MCG medical student who has ties to the West-Central Region of the State of Georgia.  

This is a needs-based scholarship, supporting those medical students who demonstrate the greatest financial need. 

The student must be in good academic standing with the Medical College of Georgia.
