Provides funds to kidney/pancreas transplant patients in order to assist the patient in achieving their individual fund-raising goals as approved by and developed with the transplantation financial coordinator. It may also provide assistance to transplant patients as identified and approved by the transplant program coordinators and staff social workers for such items as food, lodging, medicine, personal items, clothing and other needs as identified.
