Provides merit scholarships to rising sophomore medical students at the Medical College of Georgia Augusta Campus, who are from Johnson or Lauren Counties in Georgia, to be renewed annually if he or she maintains a GPA in the top 30% of the class and provides annual acknowledgement by the recipient to the donor in writing.
