The William P. Kanto, M.D. Pediatric Resident & Fellow Research Fund will provide annual funding to the MCG Department of Pediatrics to award a stipend for the 1st and 2nd place resident recipients of the William P. Kanto Resident Research Award. The awardees are chosen by the Resident Scholarly Activity Oversite Committee of the MCG Department of Pediatrics through established criteria. Funds from this account may also be used to support small research projects submitted by a pediatric resident or fellow with the approval and recommendation of the Department of Pediatrics Research Council and the Vice Chair of Research.
