The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Section of Pediatric Orthopaedics, Augusta University, will be holding its 35th Annual Frank H. Stelling Pediatric Orthopaedic Conference with the distinguished surgeon, Dr. Michael Wattenbarger serving as visiting professor. Dr. Wattenbarger is a board-certified pediatric orthopaedic surgeon and chief of staff at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Greenville South Carolina. The Frank H. Stelling Pediatric Orthopaedic Conference for this academic year is scheduled for October 15th and 16th of 2021.
The format of the conference will be a presentation by Dr. Wattenbarger on Friday morning followed by case presentations from the residents at Augusta University. The format will continue through the afternoon on Friday. There will be a reception Friday night and on Saturday, Dr. Wattenbarger will present followed by additional case presentations.
This event should prove to be a tremendous opportunity for various companies to highlight their products to a large audience of Orthopaedic surgeons. We have established an Orthopaedic account within Augusta University (MCG) Foundation, which is a non-profit organization. The exhibit fees should be sent to Samantha McMillan, 1120 15th Street, BA-3300, Augusta, GA 30912, made payable to MCG Foundation and on the bottom reference line state Stelling Conference.
The exhibitor fee is $1,500. Exhibitors will have access to one exhibit table and be invited to the reception Friday evening. All exhibitors will be listed in the conference program.
You will have at your disposal one 6- foot exhibit table with surrounding space and two chairs. The exhibit tables will be in a wide hallway outside of the meeting room.
Thank you much in advance for your participation in this worthwhile program.
We look forward to a wonderful event and we hope to see you in October. Please feel free to contact Dr. David Cearley at (706) 721-2847 if you have any questions.
